This was my first attempt at making salsa. It was a fairly easy recipe, but oh...how I missed my canning tools which have not made it to the new house yet.Many hours of work were involved but I am sure the end result will be appreciated this winter.Note to the wise... ALWAYS wear gloves when handling Jalapeno peppers. The burning sensation from the peppers can last for many hours on unprotected hands!
